Jubilee House commenced operations in 1977, and over a period of 30 years, has gained considerable experience, knowledge and skills associated with the delivery of services for adults and children with learning disabilities.

The organisation has used these attributes to support continual growth and development of services.

As a 'not for profit' organisation, Jubilee House must manage all resources effectively in order to meet the demands associated with development, legislative requirements and enhanced stakeholder expectation.

The success of this management can be evidenced through:

• Positive inspection reports for all services
• Structured development programmes
• The ability to resource new services
• The ability to recruit and retain skilled and competent teams

Jubilee House has an excellent relationship with both the County Council, which purchase all services, and the District Council, which provide opportunity through buildings provision.

Maintaining these relationships, together with the continual development of community links, is integral within our planning process.
