Business Management

The Business Management Team was introduced into the company in September 2005.

This team employs specific skills, knowledge and experience through appointment within the following posts: -

• Human Resources Manager

• Finance Manager

Information from these two post holders is co-ordinated by the Direct Service Manager who has extensive knowledge skills and experience in the delivery and management of care and can utilise this to identify and develop opportunities for enhancing and advancing our services.

The Direct Service Manager continually assesses the strategic capability of the company and monitors this alongside the business planning process.

The Team is headed by the Chief Executive Officer who has overall responsibility for Business Management.

The Chief Executive Officer is the primary link with the Board of Trustees supporting in the identification of strategic direction and the monitoring of business risk.

The current Business Management Team consists of : -
