Care And Support Services

Jubilee House provides a comprehensive range of care and support services for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, delivered by committed and skilled staff teams.

These services include Supported Living Schemes, Registered Care Homes and two separate Short Breaks services for Adults and for children and young people.

Jubilee House recognises the importance of a “Person Centred “approach in the provision of care and strives to ensure that a high quality service is maintained whilst respecting, listening to and recognising the diversity of those people who use our services.

The views and opinions of all our stakeholders are important to Jubilee House and we continually monitor and review our services to ensure they meet the needs of the service users. We are also committed to ensuring the people who use the services are involved in their on-going development and improvement for both the Company overall and their individual package of care

Each of our resources is managed by a Registered Manager in line with the Health and Social care Act 2008 and the Care Standards act 2000. The operational management of all our Adults services is overseen by the Direct Service Manager, Amanda Mair and Children’s Service is managed by Sam Perry.
