Governance & Management
Jubilee House is governed and managed by two teams, with clearly defined levels of responsibility and accountability.
These teams, the Board of Trustees and The Business Management Team fulfil their independent roles by meeting regularly and by communicating effectively, ensuring a consistent style of management throughout the service and promoting and developing best practice.
The joint responsibilities are that of :
- Identification of company ' vision '
- Management of resources to support the achievement of the vision
- Promotion of the vision to secure stakeholder commitment
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements
- Managing all Business Risk
In addition these teams must ensure they act as a responsible employer, reviewing conditions of service for all staff, monitoring practices and maintaining standards.
