Welcome to Jubilee House Care Trust

Jubilee House Care Trust provides a range of care and support services to adults and children with learning and physical disabilities.

All our residential services are based in Welwyn Garden City and we also can provide Domiciliary Care and Outreach services to people living in the wider Hertfordshire area. Most of our services are purchased by Hertfordshire County Council who refer people to us from across the County. Enfield Borough Council also purchases some of our Children’s short break services.

Our reputation is built on a professional approach to the delivery of a quality driven service. We strive for excellence in all we do and are committed to developing further services to meet identified need.

Jubilee House commenced operations in 1977 and over a period of years has gained considerable experience, knowledge and skills associated with the delivery of services for adults and children with learning disabilities.The organisation has used these attributes to support continual growth and development of services.

As a 'not for profit' organisation Jubilee House must manage all resources effectively in order to meet the demands associated with development, legislative requirements and enhanced stakeholder expectation.
