What's New

As a progressive and forward thinking organisation, Jubilee House is continually looking to develop both the service and those who deliver it.
The organisation has a clear vision that is communicated to all stakeholders; shared ownership of this vision is continually promoted. Jubilee House embraces change, new and exciting ventures are constantly being explored and undertaken.

Supported Living Scheme

In December 2011 Jubilee House opened its very first supported living scheme in Welwyn Garden City, registered with the CQC under the domiciliary care registration.  This service is also Jubilee House’s first venture in working in partnership with MacIntyre /Aragon Housing Association, with Jubilee House providing the support and MacIntyre acting as the landlord. Jubilee House has worked with closely with Hertfordshire County Council and MacIntyre to design a service which is tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes in a safe and homely environment.
The aim of this service is to support people with developing their independence and is very much about working with the individual rather than for them in identifying their aims and aspirations and assisting them to achieve positive outcomes as a valued member of the community.
Currently two people are using the services and there is a vacancy for a third person. Jubilee House receives referrals from Hertfordshire Health and Community Services but for general enquiries please ring Amanda Mair on the number below
