BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Jubilee House is governed by a Board of Trustees all of whom are voluntary.
The Trustees are collectively responsible for setting the strategic aims and objectives of the charity and for ensuring that proper governance arrangements are in place.
In recognition of the level of responsibility Jubilee House actively recruits individuals with a range of skills knowledge and experience onto the board.
The board operates within a committee structure, this is designed to maximise the benefits of these skills.
Current committees are;-
• Finance
• Strategy and Development
• Operations
Trustees meet every other month, attend two half yearly reviews and participate in quarterly committee meetings.
All Trustees are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to the purpose and development of the organisation and to have a level of enthusiasm that will support in the achievement of some ambitious and exciting goals.
The current board comprises;
President
Godfrey Holmes - retired motor industry executive and father of a service user.
Chairman
Steve Stokes - architect and development consultant.
Deputy Chairman
Pat Milner - housing professional.
Company Secretary
Mike Wicksteed - self employed chartered engineer and father of a daughter with learning disabilities.
Treasurer
Jon Banerjee - chartered accountant
TRUSTEE DIRECTORS:
Larry Shaw - retired teacher and mother of a service user.
John Watson - retired fire officer and father of two service users.
Philip Brooks - building design manager .
Manraj Sori - Banker
Amanda Miller - Solicitor
In addition a Welwyn Hatfield Council representative is invited to attend meetings, Councillor Roger Trigg currently undertakes this role.
Opportunities always exist for likeminded individuals to join the board, no previous board membership experience is required and training and support will be available to help you succeed in this role.

We are seeking an individual with specific skills in the area of PR and Marketing – current/recent work within this field is essential.
