Bank Care Workers

Jubilee House operates a bank team comprising care staff with a range of skills and experience, who are utilised to provide cover for annual leave and sickness or to undertake specific pieces of specialised work within the organisation.
Hours are offered in response to identified need and can be short a.m. /p.m. shifts during the weekdays or longer shifts during weekend and school holiday periods.
Our bank team are an integral part of the service delivery and the respect for this role is evidenced through the provision of regular supervision and access to training and team meetings.
